1. Speed Squat- 375 x 3 x 3
2. McGill Pull Ups- Neutral grip- 10 singles
3. Chest supported rows- 4 x 12
4. McGill Curl Ups- 10 x 10 second hold
5. GHR- 3 x 12 with bodyweight
Nothing exciting. Coming down with a head cold (most likely Ebola I’m sure), should make tonight interesting.
