28 Jun Dan Dalenberg- Training 6/27/14 Upper fluff
I have been using my third day as an extra bench day focusing on floor pressing and incline pressing. My pecs and elbows are feeling the effects of this week’s heavy benching, so I avoided pressing today.Â

Chest Supported Rows- 4 x 12 @ 160

Face pulls- 4 x 25 with monster mini
Helping Run a Meet
One of my training partners, Will Cowen, has been pretty involved with USAPL here in Michigan for a few years. Last year he ran his first meet and this year will be doing it again.
This year the entry fees will be donated to our Relentless Detroit fundraiser. I’ll be helping him out, spotting, loading, moving stuff etc. He was able to get a pretty good venue this year, the meet will be held at the Kalamazoo National Guard Armory.
