Dan Dalenberg- Training Aug-22

11 weeks out from Relentless Detroit. Training is turning up, surpassed the minimum fundraising goal this weekend and gaining some weight. All very good things!

Training

Squat- 50% x 3 x 3- 375 for 3 sets

McGill Pull ups- 10 singles

Chest Supported Rows- 4 x 12 @ 90 pounds

GHR- 3 x 10 with bodyweight

Barbell shrugs- 3 x 15 @ 315

Rolling Planks- A lot

Really quick and easy day. Fridays continue to be focused on speed and technique. No balance issues at this weight, hopefully that continues.
