04 Aug Dan Dalenberg- Training Week 14- Day 1- 8/3/14
First scheduled training session for Relentless Detroit in early November. Fresh off a good offseason and bench meet and feel pretty strong. The next couple of weeks will just be focused on getting ready to really train. This training session was some upper accessories.
Incline Bench- With Swiss Bar- 4 x 12
135, 185 x 2, 225
Machine Chest Press- 4 x 12
120, 160, 160, 180
Machine Shoulder Press- 4 x 12
60, 80, 80, 100
Pressdown- 4 x 25
70 x 4
Face pulls and Hammer curls- 100 reps of each
Basically an upper fluff session. Really training like a bro on this day. I like the high volume though and Sunday nights are a nice time to be in the gym. Had the place to myself with no distractions or other people.
