Dan Dalenberg | Week 4 | Bench

Training for the XPC/RPS Atlantic City meet on August 29th. I will be lifting raw with wraps at 242.

Training is basically over! Last night I took my last heavy benches. I will deload next week, take some last warm ups and deload again.

Bench- Reverse Band Opener and 2nd attempt

Used a loose sling shot rather than a reverse band. Took a really easy 455 and 495.

2 Board Close Grip

225 x 3 x 5

Reps for time- 90 second sets

Pec Fly

Band Pressdown

Band pull-a-part.
