First heavy-ish straight weight bench in a while. Technique is feeling good, finally pretty consistent. Need to be careful about keeping my butt down, I think I can feel it lifting off every once in awhile.
Bench- 80% doubles
405 for 2 sets. Last set in video above.
Close Grip Floor Press- 3 x 3
I used the Swiss bar for this. No idea what that bar actually weighs. Assume 45: all three sets at 275.
Incline Dumbbell- 75s x 3 x 12
