315 for a few doubles with the buffalo bar. We use the buffalo bar for pretty much all of our lighter squatting and squat accessories. This has made a huge difference in how my biceps feel, really taking stress off of them.
Deadlift- Doubles to 75%
2 sets at 545. Not too bad.
Pause Squats- Triples
Again with the buffalo bar. Triples at 405.
Coming off a very poor performance in Atlantic City. Despite an excellent training cycle, I did not execute to my ability. This failure has left a very sour taste. Currently in the offseason; building momentum towards preparing for the XPC Arnold Classic.
