Sitting about 6 weeks out and things are coming together. Really good squat work last night.

745 up top, 805 on the bottom. #1020life #powerrackstrength #squat

Plan for the night was last warm up then reverse band opener and 2nd attempt.

Squat- Singles at 665, add the band then 745 and 805. Everything felt like it should. 805 was especially locked in. I think I carried the bar just a touch high on 745 and had to fight it more than I should have had to. Seems to be coming together at the right time.

Deads- Deload. Singles and Doubles with 315

Finished up with some leg extensions and hip adduction.

Next Couple Weeks

The next couple weeks will be interesting. I will be traveling for business a bit and very busy with work. Nothing I can’t handle and work around, just going to be quite busy. My wife and I are also in the process of buying a house. That is all happening WAY faster than I thought it would, looks like we might close towards the end of February. I’m super excited about the house BUT I might be moving right before the Arnold. Less than ideal! But there’s never a good time to do stuff like that right?
