Weights are starting to get heavier. Next 3-4 weeks will be fun.
Deads- Last warm up 2 x 2, Opener with reverse band x 1
545 for 2 doubles. This might be a little light for last warm up, but I haven’t decided just yet. Regardless, it won’t change much.
640 with reverse average band. We set it up in the rack so the bands are loose at the top- just barely touching there. I actually took it for 2 singles. The first one the bar got away from me forward and felt way off. Much better on the second run.
4″ Block Pulls– 500 x 2 x 3, 545 x 1 x 3
Still hate pulling off blocks. I don’t suck as much at anymore though.
Lat Pull downs
Leg Curls
Not too bad. Felt the way that it should have at this point.
