LCS Off Season Week 6, Session 1-3

Last week was benching in a shirt so this week is squatting in briefs.  Alternating between the two for the time being to build up some resiliency in the forearms before starting to do both in the same week.  For now I’m in my 36 predator briefs and my 58 triple SDP.

Ever had one of those days where you just have to lift something heavy.  Yeah, that was deadlift day.  Shitty form but just wanted to grind a bit.  Ended up popping something in my middle finger real bad.  It has not been happy for about for about a week now.  Worth it though.
