I need more information to give you the best answer. When and how did you hurt your back? What is the injury specifically? Why is your off-season only 6 weeks instead of the full 10 weeks? Are you coming off a meet very recently? 6 weeks isn’t going to be enough time to fully address weaknesses. You may want to give yourself more time before you compete, so you’re able to do a full off-season.
