1️⃣ Sign Up via Calendly – Once you register for a custom training program, you’ll receive a Google Intake Form to provide details about your training history, goals, and any past injuries.

 

2️⃣ Program Development – Brian will analyze your intake form and design a fully customized training program based on your specific needs.

 

3️⃣ Receive Your Plan – Your program will be delivered, outlining training phases, progression, and key focus areas to maximize results.

 

💡 Need additional support? You can book one-time consultations and coaching sessions to go along with your programming.

 

⚠️ Ongoing coaching and check-ins are NOT included with programming but can be scheduled separately
