10/20/Life 2nd Edition has an excellent weak point index to help select accessory work specific to your needs.

I myself squat and pull on the same day and typically follow up with accessory work such as paused squats, split squats, and lunges.  These of course are all specific to my personal weak points.

Accessory work shouldn’t be a full 2 hour long workout.  I make sure I get in my main lifts and pick 2-3 accessory moves, get the work done and get out.
