Brian Carroll Training/Rehab update with video

Rehab is going well overall, no complaints.

Right now, the focus is cervical, thoracic mobility, and shoulder rehab.

One thing in the past I have neglected is my upper back/neck mobility, especially sitting at the desk all day. So, I deserve where I am right now. Either way, I’m learning a great deal.

Check out this video, which is of my friend Andrew from Australia, who is helping me with my rehab.

The focus is ‘Lock’ pulldowns, the shoulder big 3 (which I’ll post on soon), and the cervical and thoracic mobility in this video. Starting tomorrow, I will start modified one arm DB rows; then in about three weeks, I’ll be back to benching light.

I’m looking forward to it. It’s now been about two months since I’ve been able to train. I stopped three weeks out from Nov 11 and only did fluff and buff type movements and very light intensity.

I have to get back under the bar asap.

More updates coming soon.

Happy New Year!
