Standing Calf raises 4×15,15,12,10

BB Incline press 5×1

DB flat press 3×15

Hammer Strength wide grip machine press 3×15

One arm flat or incline machine press 3×15

Machine pec dec 3×15 – slow concentric

Low pulley cable flys 3×15

3×50 push ups

25 min of airdyne intervals 1 min on 2 min off
Legs

Back squat 5×1

1 legged leg press 3×10 each

DB Stiff leg dead lift 3×10

Leg extensions x100

Leg curls x100

PM airdyne intervals
