17 Nov Danny Vega – Off season week 1 – Deadlifts and back
I am currently in off season mode. Over the next 4 months I will be focusing on building my bench and working on some weak points until I start meet prep for next May’s RPS Redemption meet. I will be competing raw with wraps in the 242 weight class.
This morning I took extra long on my warm up and felt good so I knew pulls were not going to be a problem. Finished up with back and some biceps.
Deadlift 135×5, 225×3, 315×2, 5×2@395
Chest supported row 270×10, 5×10@360
Pull-ups Bw+25 x 8 reps, bw x10,8,7
One arm reverse pec deck 4×10
DB hammer curls 4×10@50,55,60,65
Preacher curls 50×25,25
