Danny Vega – Off-season Week 2 – Bench

Currently in Off-season mode. Will be preparing for a meet in the late fall after this 10 week block.

Week 2 Bench

Like yesterday, today was much easier than last week. I’m building a lot of confidence already.

Bench 45*10, 10, 135*6, 185*6, 235*6, 265*6, 300*6 @5-6 RPE

2 count Paused bench 155*6, 190*6, 225*6, 260*6 @4 RPE. I will have to adjust my weights up after next week’s deload. 

Closegrip Bench 225*12, 235*11 supersetted w BTN pulldowns 100,120, 120, 140, 140*12 (started these while I was on pause bench) 

Chest supported row 250, 290, 320, 360, 360*8

DB rear raise 3*15@25 supersetted w bench Dips 3*20
