24 Nov Danny Vega – Off season Week 2 – Deadlifts and back
I am currently in off season mode. Over the next 4 months I will be focusing on building my bench and working on some weak points until I start meet prep for next May’s RPS Redemption meet. I will be competing raw with wraps in the 242 weight class.
Feeling really good right now. Calories are way up and so is my energy. We increased everything and it felt just as light or lighter than last week.
Deadlifts 135×5, 225×3, 315×2, 5×2@60% (425) my knee feels much better! Got some other things I’ll be adding to continue to strengthen my knee.

DB row 120×10, 140×10, 2×10@150
Reverse pec dec 4×10 per arm at 52,59,66,73
DB hammer curl 4×10@55,60,65,65
Preacher curl 2×25@50
