23 Jan Danny Vega – Off-season Week 3 – Deadlift Deload
I am training for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015. I will be competing in the classic raw 220lb weight class. I plan on gaining 10-12lbs over the next 10 weeks, and this is the plan. If I am not gaining about 1lb a week, I will adjust up or down.

**Just had to increase my calories… Again. Went on a business trip and ate everything in sight, and came back to weigh in at 221.5 this morning. I should be at 224 by the end of this week. No problem, I just have to eat more.

3. KB 1 leg gm 3×10@53
4. EZ bar reverse curl 3×25@70lbs
