Bench 45*10, 10, 95*8, 135*6, 195*6, 225*6, 255*6, 285*6, 315*6 @7 RPE

Paused bench 165*6, 195*6, 225*6, 255*6, 285*6 @6

Closegrip Bench 250*11, 11 supersetted w BTN pulldowns about 10*10 (started these while I was on pause bench) these have been a big shoulder saver! 

Chest supported row 320*6, 360*6, 400*6, 410*6

Bench feels as good as it’s ever felt.
