Closegrip Bench 250*11, 11 supersetted w BTN pulldowns about 10*10 (started these while I was on pause bench) these have been a big shoulder saver!
Chest supported row 320*6, 360*6, 400*6, 410*6
Bench feels as good as it’s ever felt.
