21 Dec Danny Vega – Off Season Week 6 – Deadlift/Back
I am currently in off season mode. Over the next 4 months I will be focusing on building my bench and working on some weak points until I start meet prep for next May’s RPS Redemption meet. I will be competing raw with wraps in the 242 weight class.

Felt off this morning but pushed through it. Had to train alone and that made it extra difficult since I’m fat now and loading/unloading weights is like cardio.
Beltless pulls 135×5, 225×3, 315×2, 405×1, 5×5@475. RPE of 5-6 but form was off. I was shooting my hips up early. It got better as the sets went on.
Chest supported row 320×6, 3×6@360, strip set starting at 360×5,5,10,20
DB row 100×10, 120×10, 140×10, 120×15
DB hammer curl 60×10, 2×10@65, 50×10
