Currently in Off-season mode. Will be preparing for a meet in the late fall after this 10 week block. 

Squat 55×8, 8, 145×3, 3, 195×2, 235×2, 285×1, 5×1@355

Deadlift 225×2, 315×2, 5×1@405

Sled pulls – 1 trip up and back backward at 135,1 trip up and back forward at 135, 1 trip up and back backward at 180,1 trip up and back forward at 180, 4 trips up and back backward at 225, 4 trips up and back forward at 225. 12 trips total.
