Danny Vega – Off-season Week 7 – 10/20/Crossfit

Currently in Off-season mode. Will be preparing for the USPA Veterans Classic after this 10 week block.

Changing up my lower assistance day to a more conditioning type recovery day. Light weights, little rest. Today was brutal. I’m fat.

McGill warm-up 

Front Squat 55*10, 145*25, 25. About 75-90 sec rest in between. #iDied

KB Goblet squat paired with KB swing 3*10@70 

Then…lots of sled dragging 

Backward: 2 sets up and back at 180, 2 sets up and back at 225, 1 set up and back at 270

Forward: 2 sets up and back at 270
