Danny Vega – Off season Week 7 – Bench Assistance

I am currently in off season mode. Over the next 4 months I will be focusing on building my bench and working on some weak points until I start meet prep for next May’s RPS Redemption meet. I will be competing raw with wraps in the 242 weight class.

Last workout of the year was a good one! Ready to bring in the new year. Squats tomorrow and then deload next week before I start my next off season phase.

2 board press 45×20, 135×10, 185×5, 225×3, 275×2, 315×1, 4×5@335

Floor press 275×5, 295×5, 2×5@315

OHP 185×5, 200×5, 155×10

Single arm cable extensions 60×20, 70×20, 60×25

YTU 3×10 each
