24 Jul Danny Vega – Off-season Week 7 – fluff and buff
Currently in Off-season mode. Will be preparing for the USPA Veterans Classic after this 10 week block.
I’ve been sitting between 230-232 for about 3 weeks which is perfect. Now the hard part is making sure I don’t keep gaining weight. I wanna sit tight at this weight.
Here’s what I did:
Bench 45*15,15, 95*5, 135*5, 185*5, 205*5, 255*5, 290*5, 10 @8-9 RPE
Incline closegrip Bench 205*5, 255*5, 9 @8-9 RPE paired with btn pulldowns 3*15@100, 120, 140
Lat pulldown 160, 180*15, then drop set 180, 160, 140, 120, 100, 85*5 for 30 total reps.
Done.
