Sometimes u gotta have fun on fluff and buff day. Today I did over 500 reps of arms with only 60 sec rest between every set

Overhead cable triceps extensions 3*15

DB hammer curl 3*15

Skull crushers 3*15

Seated EZ bar curl 3*15

DB kickbacks 3*15

EZ bar reverse curl 3*15

Bench Dips 3*15
