Paired this with btn pulldowns 5*15@120

DB hammer curl 35*15, 40*15, 40*15, 45*15

Chest supported row 3*20@180

Shoulder and elbow vaginas are both a little tweaked but I have a friend who I’m programming for who is a massage therapist. Gotta love the power of barter. Anarchyyyyyy.
