Squat 55×10, 10, 145×3, 195×2, 235×2, 285×1, 5×1@375

Deadlift 225×2, 315×2, 5×1@425

Backward Sled pulls:

1 trip up and back at 180
1 trip up and back at 225
1 trip up and back at 270
1 trip up and back at 325
1 trip up and back at 325 forward
1 trip up and back at 270
1 trip up and back at 225
1 trip up and back at 180
