22 Jun Danny Vega – Off-season Week – squat deload
Currently in Off-season mode. Will be preparing for a meet in the late fall after this 10 week block.
Going to use deload weeks as an opportunity to do some more conditioning during this off-season. Right now I would rate my conditioning as bad to quite bad.
Squat 55×10, 145×5, 195×3, 235×2, 5×1@325
Deadlift 225×2, 315×2, 5×1@365
Squat 2×10@285
Sled pulls – 3 trips up and back at 225, 315, 315
GHD 2×8
