Danny Vega – Powerbuilding Week 10 – OHP, Squats

Over the next several months I will be the Guinea pig for some new ideas on training and diet that I will perfect with the help of Tucker Loken and Brian Carroll. This will be the groundwork for an upcoming ebook that we will release in the near future.

First of all let me finally say with pride: WELCOME TUCKER LOKEN TO TEAM PRS! I couldn’t wait for Tucker to officially join the team and now he’s here. Look out for some great original content from him soon.

Last two days of rep test week…I’m cutting back a bit on assistance volume. Feeling good, and I just got got my last 5 weeks of programming from Tucker. Where the first 10 weeks was our joint effort, the last 5 weeks is all Tucker, and it’s gonna be crazy. I see sets of 15, 12, 10, and all sorts of other wrinkles thrown in that will make things very challenging. I’m ready.

2. DB lateral + front raise 30×12 each, 30×15 each
3. JM press 135×25, 155×25
4. Reverse pec deck 145×20, 130×25
5. Band tricep extensions x150

1. Comp squat 55×8, 135×5, 235×3, 325×2, 415×1, 405×15
2. Walked out of gym.

I honestly just wanted to come in and get through this workout. Was very happy to finish the week strong.

NOW….I am going to enjoy this weekend because the next 5 weeks I am going to push my body to the absolute limit and get as shredded as possible! My programming is completely in Tucker’s hands and we are going FULL BODYBUILDER. I’m so excited.
