1. 4 sets of calves as part of warmup
2. DB ohp 25×50 reps, 50×10, 60×10, 70×10, 50×20
3. DB lateral + front raise 3×10 each @25
4. Reverse pec deck 3×20@115
5. Smith machine JM press 3×20@135
6. Bent over rope extensions 3×20
7. Plank 3×60 sec
Deload squat
1. 10 min bike, McGill big 3, hip circle
2. KB goblet squat ss with KB swing 5×10 each @53, 71, 71, 71, 71
3. GHR 3×12
4. 40 min of reverse sled drags
