I am training for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015. I will be competing in the classic raw 220lb weight class.

1. Deadlift 495×3, 545×3, 3×3@585

2. DB rows 100×10, 2×10@140

3. Lat pulldown 3×10@200

4.Band face pulls 3×25
