
24 Mar Danny Vega – RPS Redemption meet prep – 3/24 Squats
I am training for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015. I will be competing in the classic raw 220lb weight class.
Battling a cold right now thanks to my two little boys. Down a few lbs this morning and everything felt a little heavier so I had to back off a little. Still put in some decent work.
1. Squat 5×3@425, 475, 520, 520, 520
2. Pause squats 3×3@455
3. Single leg GM 3×8@70
Cut it off there. Happy to be off tomorrow to shake off this cold.
