26 Mar Danny Vega – RPS Redemption meet prep – 3/26 upper accessory
I am training for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015. I will be competing in the classic raw 220lb weight class.
Had a great pump workout today. I have a good feeling this will help build my struggling bench.
1.Closegrip Bench 45×15,15, 135×8, 185×8, 235×8, 265×8, 14 last set was at an rpe of 8/9
2. Smith machine Seated ohp (lowered to eye level to work top end) 155×8, 195×8, 10
3a. DB rear raise 4×12@30
3b. Double arm hammer curl 4×12@45,55,60,65
4. Preacher curl 4×10@60,70,90,90
