18 Apr Danny Vega – RPS Redemption meet prep – 4/18 deadlift training
I am training for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015. I will be competing in the classic raw 220lb weight class.
The second wave of this met prep was awesome. These two weeks were filled with some great training and the best part is that I don’t feel too beat up going into this deload. Rounded the week out with 3 singles at 650 on week 5. Last meet prep I hit 655×1 at week 7. I still haven’t hit the really heavy weeks yet.
