Danny Vega – RPS Redemption meet prep – DELOAD + Benching & Squatting

I am training for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015. I will be competing in the classic raw 220lb weight class.

Last week was my second deload of this cycle and I definitely deloaded hard. All lifts were done for 5*1@55-60%.

This week things have started to get heavy but I’ve hit all my lifts with ease so far. Looking forward to spending the weekend with my 10/20/life team and raising money for a good cause. Most importantly I’m looking forward to lifting with Brian, Byrd, Scott, Chad, Jordan and the rest of them. It’s gonna be a great environment. I’m packing my beastmode and I’m going to turn it on and give 110% because it’s a battle and there’s blood and lions and guerrillas and stuff.
