Over the next several months I will be the Guinea pig for some new ideas on training and diet that I will perfect with the help of Tucker Loken and Brian Carroll. This will be the groundwork for an upcoming ebook that we will release in the near future.
[wa-wps]Squats were a success! Keto makes you weak! Jk. Actually my joints feel 10 years younger and inflammation is non existent nowadays. So, this morning I wanted to test where I was bc I may switch gears and tackle a new goals. Goals are awesome. It’s exciting to pick one, lay out a plan, and conquer it. One more test I gotta do to see if my knee is good, and I’m gonna go after that goal full boar. More on that later bc I’m still not sure if it’s a reality.

Hip flexor stretch bc I felt a bit tight
Pass overs with the pvc pipe
Bar x10, 145×5, 225×3,3, 285×2, 325×1, 385×5, 415×5, 455×8, 425×5, 435×5
KB goblets + KB swings 3×10@88
Cut it off there. I’ll do my stir the pots tomorrow at home.
