Danny Vega – Triple Six Week 5 – Deadlifts, Running, Accessories

I just spent the last 3 months perfecting the 10/20/Powerbuilding template with Tucker Loken, and we nailed it. The ebook should be out by the fall under the guidance of our fearless leader, Brian Carroll. My newest goal is to complete the 666 challenge under the coaching of teammate Tony Cowden. This is by far the coolest goal I’ve set for myself and I hope to join the ranks of the few who have completed this challenge.

Started off the week kind of shaky. Hit my lifts on Monday and my sprint times were good but I felt run down from the travel last weekend. Wednesday I missed the third rep on bench but I’m not torn up about it. Thankfully Friday’s deadlifts and running went really well. Heavier on the lifts and faster on the runs. I’m on track!

8/12

Deadlift 135×5, 225×3, 315×2, 405×1, 495×1, 545×3, 5×4@405

Front squat 4×4@285,305,325,345

Running went well. Beat my times from last week!
