I am preparing to compete at the USPA Veterans Classic on November 15th. I will be competing fake raw with wraps in the 220 weight class.
I feel good. Pulls felt great today. Ready to go heavier next week.

Deadlift off blocks 525*1, 575*3
Rack rows 185*10, 245*10, 295*10, 225*10
McGill chins 10*1, then 1*18 pull ups which I was surprised that I hit so many reps but I’ll take it
Single leg rdl 3*10 each at 71
