29 Aug Danny Vega – USPA MEAT prep – Week one pump day
I am preparing to compete at the USPA Veterans Classic on November 15th. I will be competing fake raw with wraps in the 220 weight class.
Volume. This was the story of my off season and it seems to be the same this meet prep so far. I’m excited to see how that adds to my total. One important change I’ve made–I’m actually going to go lighter and move faster than I used to. This will keep me fresh for bench day and keep my conditioning up (along with riding my airdyne s few times a week).
I was in and out of the gym in less than an hour and keep my rest to 60 sec between movements.
