Strong(ish) Garagebell Chronicals 7-3-16 Inzer Levi Ultra Pro Introduction and #Inzer Phenom Work

[wa-wps]
I’m currently training to qualify and compete at the XPC Finals at the Arnold. I am transitioning my training right now away from weightlifting into powerlifting and hope to change the all time record books once again.

Heavy Lower Day (Warm ups – Empty bar squats, rotational hip stretches, TFL stretch, bird dogs and shoulder mobility)
Predator_XLGPL Squat In Inzer Leviathan Ultra Pro and Inzer Predators – up to 705 3×3
– Had the suit laced up tighter than I should have for something that light but I learned A LOT

Goodmornings – 100kg 3×5
– Just working on back strength/rigidity and increasing mobility in the hip extensors.

GHR Abs – 3×10

Heavy Upper Day 1 (Warm-ups-shoulder mobility, chin-ups)
Inzer Phenom Shirt Bench – up to 240kg/528lbs x3
– Just getting used to using the shirt again and it feels amazing so far.

Overhead Tricep Extensions = 3×3 115
– just reintroducing these after a long layoff. This is easily my favorite tricep exercise.

Pull Ups = Body weight +45lbs

Fluff work afterward

Light Lower Day (Warm ups – Empty bar squats, rotational hip stretches, TFL stretch, bird dogs and shoulder mobility)

PL Squat – 200kg/441lbs  3×3
– Just working form and moving as fast as possible.  Putting in good work.

Goodmornings – 80kg 3×5
– same as before just more focused on the stretch in the hamstrings here.

GHR Abs – 3×10

SUPER excited about this new Inzer Leviathan Ultra Pro.  Started getting a handle on how to adjust it on the fly but it’s got a high ceiling for potential on what you can do with it and you don’t need to sit around and be uncomfortable in between sets either.  Amazing conceptual design here.
