There are 3 meets that members of Lowcountry Strength are currently training for. APF Equipped Nationals on May 29th, RPS Backyard Brawl, June 4th, and RPS Kalamazoo Barbell Bash June 11th. If you follow along, training for the group is posted but understand that I make adjustments on a daily basis for individuals and those specifically training for meets. Since we follow the 10/20/Life protocol, each individual of LCS is given their own weak point training if it does not correspond to that posted.

The crew is finishing up their deload this week before a few push into the last couple weeks of meet prep. For everybody else, we’ll be moving them into a off season period before getting ready for some fall meets.
I’m working between a 58black and 56navy SDP. Both have their perks and I’m interested to see how I’ll do in both. Definitely still coming up on the learning curves of these shirts but feeling more and more confident every week.

My right hip was looking up pretty good and making getting stable pretty tough on some sets. Odd, just never have had hip problems with anything. Overall, really happy with the day. Pushing into heavier and closer to PR territory every week and still feeling good.
