Contest Prep 3 Weeks out 8/27/17 & 8/28/17

Warm-up- McGill Big 3,Goblet Squats

Day 1 Full Gear Squats– 1st attempt, 2nd attempt, 3rd attempt RB

900 x 1, 945 x 1, 960 x 1 RB

The 945 was harder than I would have liked it to be, but it is what it is. The work is done and I will be tapering off and deloading leading up to the meet.

Full Gear DL- 1st, 2nd attempts

635 x 1, 675 x 1

I lost my balance backwards at the top of this one, but it moved well.

Single Leg GMs- 15 x 3 sets per leg

Planks- one all out set

 

Day 3 Lower Body Assistance

Warm-up- McGill Big 3, Arm Hangs

McGill Chin-ups- 1 x 10 sets

Bent Over Rows- 8 x 3

BB Shrugs- 15 x 3

Piston Squats- 5 x 3

Goblet Squats- 15 x 3

Single Leg GMs- 15 x 3 sets per leg

Planks- one all out set

Hex DB Holds- 3 sets
