Tucker: Gobble gobble

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Lots of food, family and gratitude, what more can you ask for?
It’s nice to have times like this to remind you have to be grateful for – I get to go to work each day and look forward to going to one of the best gyms in the world afterwards and beating up the weights. I’ve got a great team around me that’s been helping me make progress and stay healthy – Noel Fuller, Craig Liebenson, and Brian Carroll.
The 1020life principles translate to being two weeks out from a bodybuilding show too…. I’ve deloaded regularly through this diet and it’s kept me healthy (actually healthier because my elbow and knee are feeling much better than they were), I’m always warming up thoroughly and keeping my core strong, I’m treating every rep seriously and not going slack under a bar, dumbbell or even machine…. etc etc. Lucky for me Noel treats training and diet very similarly so I don’t have to negotiate between what I know works for me and what someone else wants me to do. Overall things are just going really well, I ate my fill on Thursday and I’ve got a couple weeks left before a show and then I’ve got the off season to look forward to.
