01 Mar Tucker: Another Normal Log Update
Another normal log update…. Although this week was slightly less successful than last week. Last week I had a great back and shoulders workout with minimal popping and shoulder pain. This week I had a great leg workout – I went light but was able to do the exercises without feeling nervous or focusing too hard on keeping my knee from popping. The PT work has been kicking in and things are working better without me having to be too conscious during the exercise.
My chest was another story though. For whatever reason, it was difficult to get everything to engage and work the way it should. It was a win on one hand because my elbow didn’t pop, but I kept feeling the same dull ache in the front of my shoulder around the AC joint/bursa area. Towards the end of the workout it started to get better and my body engaged and supported my shoulder more, but from how pumped I was after the leg workout it was a bit of a let down.
