Ashman – a day of gear deficient and a day where I forgot how to lift

My briefs aren’t back from the alterations place yet so I decided to do some light work with short rest periods to get some volume/speed work in.

** SSB Pause Squat **
– 160.0 lbs x 3 reps
– 250.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 300.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 300.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 300.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 300.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 300.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 300.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 300.0 lbs x 2 reps

45s rest between sets here. Fast, easy as shit, clean reps but mannnnnn my endurance sucks.

** SSB Squat **
– 340.0 lbs x 1 rep
– 340.0 lbs x 1 rep
– 340.0 lbs x 1 rep

60s rest here, give or take a few. Nothing crazy at all today but the extra volume and short rest periods was a nice chance of pace.

** Deadlift **
– 225.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 315.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 365.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 365.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 405.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 455.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 500.0 lbs x 2 reps

Conventional to a fast and easy double. Thinking of sticking with conventional and gearing up for that since it is a more natural pull for me and easier on my hips.

** Single Leg Good Morning **
– 65.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 65.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 65.0 lbs x 10 reps

On to the bench day which was a shitshow with the shirt.

** Flat Barbell Bench Press **
– 135.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 185.0 lbs x 6 reps
– 225.0 lbs x 4 reps
– 275.0 lbs x 3 reps
– 330.0 lbs x 3 reps

** 2 Board Bench **
– 435.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 435.0 lbs x 2 reps

For some reason I lost my pop off the shirt and I forgot how to use it. Not exactly sure what the shit is going on with that the past couple weeks but I went from looking and feeling great to looking and feeling like I suck.

I have benched more RAW!

** Parallel Bar Triceps Dip **

** Rope Push Down **
– 110.0 lbs x 20 reps
– 110.0 lbs x 20 reps
– 110.0 lbs x 20 reps

Rest day today, I will take this shit and enjoy it!
