Ashman – new week

Been one hell of a busy week last week so I neglected my log duties like an idiot.

I am picking it up this week and keeping it up.

To recap last week in a quick few words…. I have been doing more reps, keeping rest periods shorter and I am starting to gain my size back, work capacity and feeling a lot better as my training moves forward. I have been lifting with a good friend, Dan Hentges, and we have been a good team in the gym.

It’s a nice transition before I go back into gear and work on getting ready for Relentless Detroit.

Today was upper body rep day and it was a fun one.

** Flat Dumbbell Bench Press **
– 50.0 lbs x 15 reps
– 75.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 110.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 110.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 110.0 lbs x 22 reps

** Medium Band Fly **
– 20 reps
– 20 reps
– 20 reps

** Reverse Grip Barbell Rows **
– 135.0 lbs x 12 reps
– 225.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 225.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 185.0 lbs x 26 reps

** Seated DB Power Clean **
– 30.0 lbs x 12 reps
– 30.0 lbs x 12 reps
– 30.0 lbs x 12 reps

** Tate Press **
– 40.0 lbs x 12 reps
– 40.0 lbs x 15 reps
– 40.0 lbs x 15 reps
