Ashman – squats, deads and making my hamstrings hurt

Today was a fun lifting day with Deficit deadlift Dan. We both are moving our numbers up without hitting anywhere near our max (well considering the numbers are low, I sure as hell hope not).

** SSB Box Squat **
– 160.0 lbs x 3 reps
– 250.0 lbs x 3 reps
– 340.0 lbs x 3 reps
– 390.0 lbs x 3 reps
– 430.0 lbs x 3 reps

Added briefs at 340. I really need new ones soon because these are older, have no pop from the hole and are loose. I want to feel what properly fitted briefs can do for me soon.

** Sumo From 1.5″ Mats **
– 225.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 315.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 405.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 495.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 545.0 lbs x 2 reps

** Glute-Ham Raise **
– 10 reps
– 10 reps
– 10 reps
– 10 reps

** Band Pull Through **
– 10 reps
– 10 reps
– 10 reps

Haven’t done these in a while and wanted to sub out KB swings for them. These hammered my hips and glutes a hell of a lot harder than a swing so I think they will stay in
