21 Jul Chris Bartl Training Log 7/18/14
Friday’s training session was pretty mellow. I knew that since I had a big day on Saturday that I wasn’t going to push this one at all. I kept everything pretty light and only went to about an RPE 6 on everything. Still, it got the blood moving, got my HR up and actually made me pretty sore. One thing I wanted to focus on was the movement and muscle contraction. Sometimes when I get too revved up, I forgot about a lot of stuff and just try and be as explosive as possible. Today, was more about a mind muscle connection and it seemed to work because I was sore and stiff when I woke up Saturday morning.
