29 Jul Chris Bartl Training Log 7/28/14
Was still feeling the effects of the weekend yesterday. No I didn’t get drunk and turn into a moron. I was still pretty wrecked from Saturday’s lifting session and Sunday I drove up and got my new puppy. He is a white lab named Thor and it was an all day ordeal. Traffic was a pain on the way back and a three hour drive turned into 5.5 hours. Considering it was his first night in his new home, he did well but I had my puppy ears on and didn’t really sleep much. Combine little sleep with 5 straight training hours with no break and I was tired to start my session. It was an upper body accessory day so I took it pretty easy and just tried to move as fluidly as possible. My left biceps tendon was bothering me the entire session, which only means one thing: time for a massage 🙂
Warm Up
